We want to make this really simple:

If you don’t like them, return them, and get your money back. Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges – No exceptions. Please note that full-priced items purchased using discount codes not considered final sale.

HOW IT WORKS

Our promise is that you will love your experience wearing BN3TH.
Purchase a pair and try them out. If you receive your items and are unhappy with them in any way, please fill out the form below detailing your issue. 

  • Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our BN3TH.com online store(s) (North America) within 30 days of purchase. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your order excluding outbound shipping costs.
  • If requesting an exchange or store credit, your replacement order will be sent out once your return has been approved by a BN3TH representative.

Local Retailer Exchanges & Warranties

  • Items purchased from local retailers, not from our online store(s), can only be exchanged, not refunded, and customers are responsible for all shipping expenses in this case. The same dates & rules apply as listed above. 
  • We offer a 6 month manufacturers warranty on all products purchased from our North Americas websites/stores with proof of purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or purchased from a third party seller that is not an authorized BN3TH retailer. Please note any replacement pairs provided cannot be warrantied. 

Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives with the next steps. Please do not send items back without speaking to a BN3TH Representative first. They will be returned to sender.
