The Fine Print:
- Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our bn3th.com online store(s) (North America) within 21 days of purchase. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your order and outbound shipping costs.
- Items purchased from local retailers, not from our online store(s), can only be exchanged, not refunded, and customers are responsible for all shipping expenses in this case. The same dates & rules apply as listed above.
- We offer a 6 month manufacturers warranty on all products purchased from our North Americas websites/stores with proof of purchase.
