"Die Hosen waren leider nicht mein Schnitt. Der Comfort und das Feeling, auch die Größe (Weight) hätten vermutlich gepasst. Leider musste ich die Hosen wieder zurück schicken. Der Service war insgesamt gut, leider gab es bei Mails keine Empfangsbestätigung und somit war ich ganz schön verunsichert, bis der Kundenservice geantwortet hatte. Und der Retoureprozess, der mir vom Kundendienst empfohlen wurde, ging für meine Region nicht. Hätte erwartet, dass der Kundendienst dieses vorher weiß und mir gar nicht erst schreibt, sondern gleich die erforderlichen Unterlagen zur Verfügung stellt (nach nochmaligem Anschreiben hatte ich die Unterlagen per pdf bekommen). Hoffe, dass es nun mit der Retoure und der Rückzahlung klappt."
