"The fabric and construction of these briefs are amazing— maybe the best I’ve ever encountered. The sizing, however, is completely frustrating, and the pouch is uncomfortable. Although every other pair of underwear I own is a medium, I’ve discovered (through expensive trial and error) that I’m a small in the BN3TH icon trunk and bike liner short. BUT – for some bizarre reason – their small brief is way too small, and even their medium is really tight and uncomfortable. Lastly, be warned that the pouch in the brief is completely different than the other BN3TH pouches. Unlike the trunk and boxer brief pouches, there is no room for air or movement and everything gets crushed to bits. I hope BN3TH will redesign these briefs with the same full pouch as their other styles, and also make them in sizes that correspond with the rest of their products."
