"I bought the 3-pack essential boxer briefs. They are great, soft and snug enough. I bought these to try a different brand for my daily work in tropical hot weather environment inside the jungle and they dry fast and prevents chafing way better than my other underwear."

"Hi. I just received my exchange order but I may have ordered the incorrect item or the incorrect item was selected for me as part of the exchange process from the previous size (m) which was too large to a small of the identical item of my original order but what was delivered (photo below) was the classic essentials without a fly. Whereas my original order which I was exchanging for was the classic icon boxer brief, with fly, navy blue, size small. I’m upset as I was really looking forward to trying out the size small with the intention of ordering a bun ch more to replace my current underwear. I don’t know if during the exchange process it only selected this item for me and didn’t give me the choice to select the exact same item I originally ordered but in a size small. Hoping we can rectify this so I can indeed try the size small and get in with replacing my underwear lineup. Thanks for your help!!image0. jpeg"
