The first QC error I can recall, and it’s a bummer.

"I wear the Trunk style from Bn3th exclusively, and was excited to have another color variation in the rotation of (imo) the most comfortable underwear I have ever owned. When this pair arrived the packaging was correct, the labeling was correct, but when I unfolded them it was immediately clear that they were boxer briefs, not trunks. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of shipping/exchanging, so they are tucked in the back of the drawer for laundry day."
