Gift for my boyfriend

"I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. While the quality of the item itself is fine, I was disappointed with the condition of the box it came in. As shown in the attached photos, the box was dirty and appeared to have been previously opened, as it was sealed with worn and untidy tape. This made me wonder whether the item had been returned or opened before. Because it was intended as a gift, I did not feel comfortable giving it in that condition, so I ended up wrapping it myself. I would appreciate it if this issue could be improved in the future, especially for items purchased as gifts."
